本公司的每台印表機與多功能複合機的內建智慧功能皆可確保列印的便利性。印表機管理系統的內建智慧功能具備以下四大功能: 自動定位 (Auto Registration)、自動色彩平衡 (Auto Color Balance)、自動偵測紙張類型 (Auto Media Detect*)、相片增強 (Photo Enhance)。

運作原理

自動定位 (Auto Registration)

印表機在每次開機或開啟上蓋時，便會自動執行定位校正。此時，印表機會在內部的輸送帶上列印一連串的線條，然後輸送帶會轉動，印表機內部的兩具電子感應器也會開始檢查其定位，若發現超出定位，印表機就會進行必要的調整。

自動色彩平衡 (Auto Color Balance)

在印表機的使用期限內，只要每次開機或開啟上蓋，便會自動測量色彩等級。測量時，此功能會以各種彩色方格在內部的輸送帶上列印出每一種顏色，而印表機則會以感應器測量每個色塊，並進行必要的調整。

自動偵測紙張類型* (Auto Media Detect*)

感應器會在輸入紙張準備列印前先測量紙張的厚度，以便印表機自動進行必要的調整，包括加熱器溫度與列印速度，為各種紙張類型提供最佳的列印品質。

相片增強 (Photo Enhance)

相片增強功能主要是用於調整影像的碳粉品質，使影像看起來更為明亮、生動，而且即使是使用一般的辦公室用紙，使用者同樣也可獲得清楚、清晰且如照片品質般的圖像。此項 OKI Printing Solutions 的獨特功能可於印表機驅動程式中選取，讓所有企業皆能享有真正的專業級辦公室內列印。
