OKI Data Americas, which markets its products under the OKI Printing Solutions brand, has received top honors for its color and monochrome printers, color MFP and color control/management application from industry analyst BERTL. The awards include a 5-star/Exceptional review rating for the CX3641 MFP and a "BERTL's Best" award that names Color Access Policy Manager the "Best Manufacturer-Specific Approach to Managing Color Costs." BERTL also awarded 4-Star/Highly-Recommended ratings to the newest digital color and monochrome printers from OKI Printing Solutions.

- BERTL awarded the CX3641 MFP from OKI Printing Solutions with a 5-Star/Exceptional rating. The award-winning CX3641 MFP redefines the A3 color MFP category by including unprecedented standard features, such as EFI SendMeTM scanning technology for advanced document management capability and EFI Fiery® System 8e controller to achieve graphic artist-quality color output.
Color Access Policy Manager received a "BERTL's Best" award for the "Best Manufacturer-Specific Approach to Managing Color Costs." It is the first solution to control printing from websites and corporate web portals, offering businesses greater opportunity to integrate in-house color printing while managing budgets.
The B420dn monochrome digital printer, and the entire suite of new A4 color printers, including the C3600n, C5650 Series, C6150 Series and C710 Series, each received a 4-Star/Highly-Recommended review rating from BERTL.

The "BERTL's Best" award named Color Access Policy Manager the "Best Manufacturer-Specific Approach to Managing Color Printing Costs." With Color Access Policy Manager, administrators can control the use of color printing based on the user login name, application, host name, document name or website URL. It is an ideal solution for businesses that are interested in adopting color printing, but are hesitant to provide open access to color printers or replace their monochrome printers with color for fear of uncontrolled running costs.
